Mangup-Kale, Crimea, Ukraine

The complex of the fortress and the “cave town” of Mangup-Kale is situated in the south-western part of Crimean mountains foothill, on the plateau and slopes of mountain outlier of the same name. The total area of the plateau is 90 hectares, absolute height is 583,7 m above the sea level. The plateau is surrounded from three sides by vertical cliffs of about 60 m high, the northern slope is cut by three ravines.
 Mangup-Kale is situated 25 km from Bakhchisarai and 35 km from Sevastopol.

Sofiyivka Dendrological Park, Uman, Ukraine

The dendrological park "Sofiyivka" of Ukraine's National Academy of Science, which is situated in the town of Uman, Cherkasy region, is well-known far away the borders of Ukraine as one of the most famous masterpieces of world landscape gardening of the end of the XVII - the beginning of the XIX centuries.

Cape Tarkhankut, Olenivka, Crimea, Ukraine

The Tarkhankut Peninsula is the western tip of the Crimea. There is the Bay of Karadghi in 20 km to the West from Chornomors'ke between Cape Prybiyny (the most western point of the Crimea) in the North and Cape Tarkhankut in the South.
There is the village of Olenivka in the southern side of the Bay. There is an old part of the village in the northern side, the former estate of General Popov.
